You want to build endurance, lose weight, and gain confidence through Muay Thai. Our program combines high-intensity interval training with technical skill development. Classes burn 500–800 calories per session while teaching elbow strikes, knee techniques, and clinch work. Sessions are held in Mukilteo gyms with air-conditioned training areas and padded mats for safety.
Time Constraints or Uncertainty?
Balancing training with work and family can feel overwhelming. Our classes run Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with weekend slots available. First-time participants can join a free 30-minute orientation to test equipment and meet instructors. We provide water stations, towel service, and post-class recovery stretches for all attendees.
We Offer Flexible Scheduling
Our classes adapt to your availability with 60-minute sessions and 10-minute breaks between rounds. Instructors are certified by the International Muay Thai Federation and have 5+ years of competitive experience. Each session includes warm-ups, technique drills, and sparring with partners of similar skill levels. We track progress through monthly fitness assessments and adjust training plans accordingly.
Build Strength and Confidence
Training improves coordination, core stability, and mental resilience. You’ll learn to defend against grabs, strikes, and takedowns using Muay Thai’s eight-point striking system. Classes include pad work with focus mitts, bag drills with speed bags, and partner drills with protective gear. Over time, you’ll notice improved posture, faster reaction times, and greater self-assurance in daily situations.

Join a free trial class to experience our training environment. Simply arrive 15 minutes early to complete a waiver and receive a training uniform. Instructors will guide you through warm-ups and basic techniques before your first round. After the session, you’ll receive a personalized training plan with options for weekly classes, private sessions, or group workshops. All equipment is available for use during your trial.
